It was Northeastern ISSI’s annual masquerade ball, this year they had it at the Colonnade. I had a good time photographing it. Ruth was one of the planners, I met her through Venisse, who organized an ISSI fashion show after the ball, but I met Venisse at the model casting call before the ball. They’re both really nice people. I already liked the idea of ISSI, where international cultures and diversity are celebrated. I always like a room full of different people. It was such an honor to be able to capture photographs that represent the diverse cultural backgrounds at Northeastern.
