Wedding details are just as important as anything else in your wedding planning. It’s tricky because some of the small things can be easily forgotten when you have other things to remember, and they can cause unnecessary panic. it’s important to envision, step by step, how your wedding day will go so that you know what you’re going to need. Also, don’t take on all the tasks by yourself, share them with your bridesmaids and groomsmen because at the end of the day, they are your best friends and are there to help.
After photographing numerous weddings, I’m sharing my experience with you about some of the important wedding details you absolutely don’t want to forget. Having a successful wedding is all about planning everything right from staying on schedule to the smallest details that’ll ensure your day to go smoothly and stress-free.
- Hair – start early with getting ready. Allow extra time before the ceremony to change or re-do your hair if you don’t like it. You can also avoid competing for bathroom time with your bridesmaids if you start early. This will allow plenty of time for bridal party photos as well.
- Wedding emergency kit – include the following (optional) items in case of wardrobe malfunction.
- bobby pins, safety pins
- brush, hair spray, curling iron, and dryer
- mini sewing kit
- breath mints
- pack of tissue
- band aids
- duct tape
It really matters to me that you have a successful wedding because the smoother your day goes = the happier you are, which translates into better photographs. So there you have it, let me know if this helps at all.
