I know ya’ll have been anticipating Ben and Jamie’s photos to be blogged. These two are just one of the cutest gay couples I’ve ever photographed. Ben and I both intern at Panorama and we had been planning this photo shoot since the day we met. We were psyched when his boyfriend, Jamie, agreed to do it. It was more like a same-sex lifestyle session than an engagement session. We originally wanted to shoot at a beach, kind of like the other gay couple I photographed last year at Castle Island, but then our boss, Samantha, offered her beach house for us to use. It was too awesome for us to say no. We also got the entire house to our own, plus an adorable doggie.
“Jamie and I first met during Emerson College’s orientation week of fall 2011. He had known a friend of mine through a cousin of his, and our paths soon crossed. Something drew me to him from the very beginning. Even before we met I had seen him on the street and been intrigued. We immediately hit it off, and since our first time going out, I don’t think we’ve gone a day without seeing each other— forgoing the month of winter break. Now we’re going 8 months strong, and subletting the summer together in Central Square. We couldn’t be happier.” – Ben
