I’ve always loved photographing weddings and engagement sessions at the Arnold Arboretum in Boston. The nice weather, the outdoors and nature make for a great backdrop. I could not ask for anything better for Jennifer and Shereta’s wedding ceremony at the arboretum. The forecast predicted heavy rain throughout the day but it took a 180 and it was sunny and warm. We totally lucked out and I was so happy because the natural lighting was perfect. Jennifer and Shereta started getting ready at the Westin Copley Hotel. Since they were from out of state (Atlanta), they got a Uber van to take them and the 4 family members to the Arnold Arboretum. It worked out perfectly because the van could only take 6 passengers.
We arrived at the Arnold Arboretum and found this awesome big pink blossomed tree – perfect backdrop of their ceremony. I also loved that the reverend was wearing a rainbow-colored stole. We chatted after the ceremony ended and he usually had his couples pick what color/style of stole they preferred and Jennifer and Shereta picked the rainbow. I thought it was awesome.
And then they shred a few happy tears…
Jennifer had a cartoon drawing on her vow. It was so cute.
And the ring exchange…
Shereta’s dress is stunning! There’s so much details and it really brings out her beautiful curve.
This is my favorite shot!!!
No actually, this one is. Aaah, I can’t decide.
I just can’t stand how cute they are!!!
