If you know how much I love photographing engagement sessions at Carson Beach and Castle Island in Boston, you know how excited I am about Frank and Mark’s super fun and cute engagement session. I recommended this location to them as one of my best Boston engagement session locations and they loved it. In fact, they’ve been so busy with their work and lives that this was their first time going to a beach this whole year.
Frank and Mark have been together for 20 years, which is one of the longest lasting relationships I’ve gotten the honor to photograph. Frank works for JCrew, which explains how well dressed they are. They look so stylish and cute together. I also love Frank’s laugh. He’s the more ticklish one so of course we had to torture him during the session =p
This is one of my favorites from the engagement session. It’s so cute how they looked at each other and smiled.
Carson Beach was a decent sized beach. If you walk down a little further, we drove for the sake of time, towards the end of the “island”, there’s Castle Island, which is not exactly a beach anymore but there are grassy areas that you can lay down and soak in the sun on nice days. The giant building used to be a war fort and they occasionally do visitors’ tours.
