The Boston Common and Public Gardens are awesome locations for engagement sessions. They are popular Boston landmarks and it’s inevitable that they get crowded sometimes, especially on the weekends. The trick to photographing there is to schedule your engagement session on a less busy day, like a weekday or during the winter. I was so glad Paulina and Mike got in touch because I knew their engagement session would be a blast. Not to my surprise, they were such a photogenic and awesome couple to photograph, which made my job easier =p
I met Paulina and Mike through Janet, whose Boston city hall wedding I photographed last year. They decided to do their engagement session at the Boston Common, Boston Public Gardens, and Beacon Hill, because they liked going there on dates during the warmer weather. They’ll be travelling to Louisiana soon for their wedding. Speaking of traveling, Mike travels a lot for his work and I was intrigued because I love traveling. They’re still deciding where they want to go for their honeymoon. Isn’t this the problem we all like to have? But hey, if you have any good suggestions, please let us know!
I had a blast photographing their engagement session. If you’re looking to do an engagement session too, please get in touch. I love working with fun and upbeat couples to create images that reflect their personalities.
