I loved so many things about Caroline and Ben’s engagement session. It was a sunny day in Boston. We originally planned to do their session at the Boston Common and Public Garden. We found out it was way too crowded so we decided to go to Beacon Hill, which turned out to be ten times better. It was quieter, more relaxed, and not to mention the lighting was perfect. Also, I would just like to applaud how well dressed they were. Caroline’s bold red cocktail dress and her chic sandals were the winning combination for a summer outfit. Ben’s light blue button up and beige khakis and shoes were dashingly preppy. I could not get enough of the vibrant colors in these photos.
The rooftop was gorgeous. The view of the Boston skyline was incredible. I couldn’t imagine what the view would be like on a summer breezy night under the twinkling sky.
In addition to the rooftop, we spent some time in the backyard garden during their engagement session. It was almost like a replacement for the Boston Public Garden, except more peaceful :)
I had an awesome time spending the afternoon with Caroline and Ben for their engagement session in Beacon Hill. If you’re engaged and looking for a wedding photographer who specializes in fun and candid style photography, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
