Holiday Portrait Session

Our most favorite holiday of the year, Christmas, is approaching. Are you about to get lots of presents? New clothes, new video games, new computer? While new things get us all excited, it’s important to cherish our memories, hence I’m doing mini 30-minute portrait sessions.

When?

Bookings are open now until the Friday before Christmas.

Where?

Anywhere within Boston, or at least T accessible.

How long?

Each portrait session will be 30 minutes long.

What will I get?

Good question. You’ll get 10-15 high-resolution digital images individually retouched by me. With that, you’re free to do whatever with them, print Christmas cards, hang them up on your wall, etc.

Cost?

$59 for a 30-minute session. The first 5 people who sign up will get 15% discount.

Lara & Tim, married // Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston

I was so lucky to second shoot Lara and Tim’s wedding in Boston for k. Photographie. The day started off at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for the bridal preparation. Then we hopped on a trolley to the ceremony at a church, which was absolutely gorgeous. My favorite was the yellow wall color. The trolley took us to Boston Commons for bridal formal photos. Kate was covering the formals and I was getting candids. The day ended back at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, where the reception took place. Take a look at some of the photos for the day…

While the groom and groomsmen were doing formal photos. This guy who claimed to be a MIT student approached the bride with a rose to exchange for a kiss. Guess whether or not she went for it…

Of course not, haha. But he persisted, and said he wouldn’t leave empty handed. You can tell by the hand gestures how intense the negotiation was.

Someone had to sacrifice to get him to leave them alone. The expression on Lara’s face was priceless.

Aren’t they such a cute couple!

Arnold Arboretum Engagement Session: Erin & Patrick

This is one of the times where I got so excited about editing photos and I forced myself to finish it asap, to the point where my a$$ started to numb a little bit sitting in my computer chair. I guess I’m impatient sometimes. But anyway, I can’t even start to describe how cute Erin and Patrick are in these engagement photos we created at the Arnold Arboretum. The weather was perfect, leaves were turning yellow, it was my favorite time to shoot. A little bit about this beautiful couple (I’ll save the rest for later, so be sure to like my facebook page to stay tuned). Erin is a special ed teacher, a graduate from Northeastern (yes, I know, we rock!) Patrick works in the construction field, which reminded me of a full-ride college scholarship from high school, they made it sound like it was the best thing in the world and I felt bad for not applying. (Sorry mom!) But in all seriousness, Patrick and Erin, you guys are perfect for each other and I can’t be happier for you.

Erin and Patrick, you guys are awesome. I am so excited for your wedding in May!!!

Stacey & Julien wedding

Stacey and Julien have been together since forever. The first time I met them was for their engagement session on a hot summer day in Boston; they were such a fun and energetic couple, it was contagious. They both live in Now York. Stacey is a model, she mostly does promotional work. They had their wedding ceremony in Medford, MA. and reception in Lawrence. The entire day was full of laughter and joy, I was honored to be there to document their special day.

Kassandra Michel - Hey I was looking through you gallery and I like you work. You did the Mundell’s wedding which and a friend of theirs recommended you. I am getting married on 11-20-12 in Randolph and I know its last minute but i would love it if you could photograph my wedding. I am working on a tight budget but I was told you did great work within a reasonable price. Please let me know asap if you would be interested in doing me this major favor.
